All online orders are subject to product availability.

A product may be sold both in our physical store and online store on the same day. If an item is ordered online but is out of stock, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Out-of-stock items may be reordered, but product prices may change due to manufacturer price adjustments, promotions, and shipping costs. The original price is not guaranteed for reorders

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile banking.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipping

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

An $8 ground shipping charge applies to initial orders. In most cases, actual shipping costs exceed $8, and this charge helps offset our shipping expenses.

We do not profit from shipping charges, and the actual return shipping cost will apply for prepaid return labels.

Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method.

4.⁠ ⁠Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must follow our return policy.

Your initial $8 shipping charge is non-refundable.

Example

Total order cost (excluding shipping): $100

Initial shipping charge: $8

Total initial cost: $108

If the customer returns the item (covering return shipping), the refund amount will be $100.00.
